Mr. Richards builds companies, client relationships, enterprise value, and internal teams. He is an expert in combining a data-centric approach to marketing with the art of storytelling to lead markets, investors, staff, and media to understand our mission.
Mr. Richards has performed successfully in the roles of CEO, COO, and CMO. He volunteers on various not-for-profit boards, has been nationally recognized with the “50 Best Managed Companies” award four times by Deloitte, and the Business Development Bank of Canada’s “Young Entrepreneur” award. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from St. Mary’s University and is a 2007 graduate of Harvard’s Advanced Management Program.
