Julian L. Zegelman Appointed New General Counsel for MTI

Metamaterial Technologies Inc. (MTI), announced today, June 7th, that Mr. Zegelman is joining MTI as its new General Counsel. Mr. Zegelman has over 15 years of experience in corporate law, legal, fundraising, and intellectual property matters and venture capital financing. Prior to MTI, Mr. Zegelman was a co-founder and General Counsel of Rolith, Inc., where he focused on fundraising, corporate development, and legal affairs. 

In recognition of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Zegelman was awarded the prestigious SuperLawyers® award in California where it was only awarded to top 2.5% of the California bar members, multiple years in a row.  He received his B.Sc. in Biochemistry from University of California San Diego and his J.D. from University of Minnesota.

 Mr.  Zegelman will be responsible for managing worldwide corporate legal affairs of the MTI group and working with the MTI board of directors on legal, fundraising strategy, and intellectual property matters.
