As President & CEO of MTI, George Palikaras’s vision positions the company as an industry first-mover leading in developing nano-composite solutions that can master light and revolutionize industries including Aerospace & Defense, Energy and Cleantech. Since 2010 he has been fully dedicated to the commercialization of nano-composites and has developed patented metamaterial technology helping solve the world’s most difficult problems in optics.
Dr. Themos Kallos
Chief Science Officer
Dr. Kallos is the co-founder of MTI, and an applied physicist with extensive experience in high-energy physics, metamaterials, wireless communications and electromagnetic simulations. He is responsible for the scientific progress, the management of the Research & Development plans, and building the capacity of MTI’s research team.
Kelly Johnstone
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs Johnstone specializes in helping technology companies grow and be successful, this includes financial performance management, business coaching, mergers acquisitions & disposals, and back office transformations. She is responsible for MTI’s finances and the efficiency of its operation.
