Paul McLaughlin

Mr. McLaughlin is the co-founder of MTI and holds a degree in Business Administration from University of New Brunswick.

He is a dynamic, serial entrepreneur and business investor with a wealth of experience in various industry sectors. In recognition of his work he was recently listed by the Wallace McCain Institute as one of New Brunswick’s top growth entrepreneurs and appointed as a StartUp Canada representative for the province of New Brunswick Council.

As VP of Business Development, Paul is responsible for the daily operation of the company and given the close working relationship with the CEO, is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm’s products. He ensures that business operations are efficient & effective and that the proper management of resources, distribution of goods and services to customers is conducted.
