New Cooperative Education Students Join Metamaterial Technologies Inc.

Dartmouth, N.S. – Metamaterial Technologies Inc. (MTI) is pleased to welcome Chris Anthony and Mitchell Thompson, who have joined MTI as part of their winter co-op term.
Chris is a fourth-year mechanical engineering student from Dalhousie University who joins MTI’s Engineering team for his third co-operative education placement. He was the recipient of the 2008 Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award and the Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award in 2011.

Assisting with marketing and communications, Mitchell has joined the team as Social Media Strategist for his second co-operative education placement. He is a third-year public relations student at Mount Saint Vincent University. Previous to MTI, he worked with Halifax’s economic development organization, Halifax Partnership as a Marketing and Communications assistant.
