Monica Driscoll leads META’s Human Resource function across all locations in North America and Europe. She advises and supports operations on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Monica has over 15 years of progressive Human Resource experience within the aviation and aerospace industries. Her experience is generalist based, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, corporate learning and development, and policy and program development. With a strong strategic focus, she is skilled at partnering with operational groups in both large and small organizations to build programs that support HR initiatives, while implementing solid internal processes that facilitate corporate objectives
Her employment history includes positions with IMP Aerospace & Defence and Jazz Aviation LP. She also worked as Business Faculty at the Nova Scotia Community College instructing in the Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management program.
Monica is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CPHR), holds a Bachelor of Science from Saint Francis Xavier University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
