Mark Spencer

Mark Spencer is the Senior Vice President of Product and Design at META, where he oversees the Authentication product portfolio and the Global Product Design Services function. With a career spanning more than two decades, Mark has held pivotal positions in banknote design, production, and product management. His expertise has taken him to various international locations with De La Rue and Crane Currency, where he has lent his support to design, substrates, security features, and print manufacturing sites.

During this time, he has launched over 450 new banknote designs and five currency products. Mark led a Currency portfolio with an annual value of approximately $350 million. His leadership extends beyond design and product management, as he has driven business transformation and spearheaded critical technical initiatives and strategic partnerships.
