Uzi Sasson

Uzi Sasson was appointed as CEO in November 2023 and served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer since April 2023. From January 2022 to March 2023, Mr. Sasson held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Katena Computing Technologies, Inc. From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Sasson was employed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Eat Just, Inc. From 2004 through 2019, Mr. Sasson was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, Chief Operating Officer, Director and President and Chief Executive Officer of IXYS Corporation (NASDAQ: IXYS). Prior to joining IXYS Corporation, Mr. Sasson worked in tax, accounting and finance for technology and accounting firms. Mr. Sasson has a M.S. in Taxation and a B.S. in Accounting from Golden Gate University and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
